2 houses. 1906. By Grayson and Ould. Pebbledash on brick base, tile-hung 1st floor with decorative bands, hipped roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Windows have leaded casements. Central 2-storey canted bay windows, those to ground floor of 5 bays, those to 1st floor of 3 lights with timber-framed gables with coving. Other 1st floor windows of 2 lights have plank shutters with strap hinges and pierced hearts. entrances have canopies swept out from tile-hanging. Doors have 2 leaded lights and flanking lights. Cruciform stack and return slope stacks have brick caps. Returns have rear projections. Rear is roughcast, small-paned casements.
