Pair of houses. 1907. By Grayson and Ould. Common brick with red brick and stone dressings, slate roof with tile ridge. 2 storeys, 3 bays, 1st bay projects under gable, end bay forms projecting round tower with short octagonal spire. Weathered red brick base and continuous hood mould to 1st floor; 1st bay has red brick tumbling-in to gable, with kneelers and top panel; end bay has stone drip mould and brick cornice, Windows have small-paned casements, those to ground floor of 4 lights with elliptical-headed brick tympana and stone and brick surrounds; similar round-headed lights to left. Tower has 2-light window with red brick jambs and gauged-brick flat arch with key. 1st floor 1st bay window as that below, 2nd bay has 3-light dormer in crow-stepped gable with keyed roundel to left. Tower 1st floor round-headed light. Entrance has elliptical head, plank door with 3 lights. One cross-axial and 2 rear stacks. Left return has entrance and crow-stepped dormer, right return as 1st bay, rear similar, of red brick.
