Terrace of 5 houses. 1895. By William Owen. Brick with terracotta dressings, some pebbledash and timber-framing, tile roof. 2 storeys, 5 bays, central 3 bays have Dutch gables. 1st bay has pebbledash 1st floor, end bay has timber-framed 1st foor. Cornice to ground floor, sill course and cornice to 3 bays of 1st floor. Windows have leaded glazing. Ground floor has double-chambered-mullioned windows, brick mullions and 4 lights to central bays. End bays have 5-light canted bay windows with blind traceried heads. 1st floor has paired 2-light mullioned windows with decorative heads and segmental pediments; end bays have 3- light casements in gabled half dormers. Entrances have lintels with cambered heads and foliated spandrels, 4-panel doors with leaded lights, the central ones with flat canopies, end bays in recessed porches, with low walls squat columns and decorated bressumers. 2 lateral stacks, one projecting as buttress, and 3 cross-axial stacks with corbelling and water spouts. Rear similar with privies.
