Terrace of 7 houses. 1899. By Huon A. Matear. Pebble-dash on brick base, timber-framed gables and tile roof. One storey with attic, 7 bays, end bays project under gables; 2-storey re-entrant blocks with battered walls and return gables and finials. Deep eaves form canopies to entrances with supporting posts. Rectangular bay windows to 3rd, 4th and 5th bays. Segmental-headed 4-light small-paned casement windows to ground floor. 1st floor has raking dormers, paired 4-light and 4-light. Re-entrant blocks have ground floor 2-light and return 1st floor 3-light windows. Segmental-headed entrances have doors with leaded lights and narrow lights to sides. 2 cross-axial, gable end and return lateral stacks. Rear similar, pebbledash, raking dormers, privies.
