4 houses. 1896-9. By William Owen. Brick with plaster 1st floor and hipped tile roofs. One storey with attic, 4 bays, the 4th bay recessed by one bay. Cornice to ground floor, diapering to 1st floor and brick-coped gables. Paired windows have gauged-brick cambered arches and 2-light leaded casements; 1st floor has half dormers with brick quoins and sills, that to 1st bay has diapered frieze to parapet, the others gabled, those to 2nd and 3rd bays with diapering to gables, that to 4th bay with diapered frieze and drip mould over. Elliptical-headed entrances have 4-panel doors with leaded lights. 2 cross-axial stacks, left and right return projecting lateral stacks with windows, that to right return has diagonal shafts right return of 4th bay has lateral stack with gablet. Rainwater heads dated 1896. Rear similar, flat-topped dormers, privies.
