Terrace of 4 houses. 1912. By William and Segar Owen. Pebble-dash with brick dressings, some weather-board, tile roof. 2 storeys, 6 bays, end bays project under gables, 2nd bay projects under weather-boarded gable. Brick base. Mostly double-chamfered-mullioned windows withdrip moulds and leaded glazing. Ground floor has 5-light windows to end bays. 3rd to 5th bays have 3-light and 4-light windows flanking entrance. 2nd bay has 8-light 2-storey canted bay window with weather-boarded 1st floor and timber canopy. 1st floor has 4:2:3:2:3:4-light mullioned windows. Segmental-headed entrances with brick surrounds, plank doors with 3 leaded lights. Lateral stack to right of 2nd bay has one diagonal shaft; cross-axial stack, valley stack between 1st and 2nd bays, and right return lateral stack with diagonal shafts.
