35 Boundary Road: Shop. c.1905. By Grayson and Ould. Roughcast on brick base, tile roof. 2 storeys, one bay; one-storey projecting bay to right return. 1st floor jettied on braces with pendants. Ground floor 3-light bow window, the lights with segmental heads and spandrels with bull’s-eye glazing 4-light leaded casement to 1st floor. Entrance to return. Return one-storey bay has 3-light leaded casement and cat-slide roof forming small porch; canted angle. Return has timber-framed gable and stack adjoining Nos. 37 to 43 (odd) (q.v.).

37-43 Boundary Road: Terrace of 4 houses. c.1905. Grayson and Ould. Roughcast on brick base, tile-hung 1st floor, fishscale bands; tile roof. One storey with attic, 8 bays; 2nd and 3rd bays project under gables, as do 6th and 7th bays. Tile-hanging swept out at base, continued as canopies for porches. Windows have leaded casements and cornices, these to ground floors of 2 lights with 3-light windows to ground and 1st floors of projecting bays. Entrances have half-glazed doors with small-paned lights. 2 cross-axial stacks with brick caps. Stack to left return is part of No. 35 (q.v.). Rear similar, pebbledash, dormers, privies.

45-47 Boundary Road: Pair of houses. 1905. By Grayson and Ould. Brick with roughcast 1st floor and hipped tile roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays, centre projects under 2 gables. Ground floor has windows with gauged-brick flat arches and 4-light small-paned casements with transoms. 1st floor 4-light windows have leaded casements and cornices. Entrances have tile canopies, doors are half-glazed with small-paned lights. Central cross-axial stack with brick cap. Canopy of No. 45 adjoins that of Nos. 37 to43 (q.v.). Rear similar, pebbledash, dormers, privies.
