Public House. 1900, with later rear wing. By Grayson and Ould. Roughcast on brick base, tile roof. U-plan with gabled re-entrant blocks. Timber band over ground foors, wings have jettied gables with decorated bargeboards. Window have small-paned casements, mostly of 3 and 4 lights, gable-ends have 2-storey 7-light bow windows, those to 1st floor have flanking lights, that to left-hand gable-end has tile canopy, both gables have 3-light windows. Central gabled porch. Inner returns have timber verandahs with balconies above, splat balusters; verandah to left now glazed, that to right has glazed porch bay. 2 cross-axial stacks. Left return of 4 bays has jettied 1st floor with jettied gable to 1st bay; with bow window, other bays have canted oriels. Wrought iron bracket to angle. Decorated rainwater heads. Right return similar, 4-light oriels with continuous band of glazing and canopy; lateral stack. Rear has 9 light bow window with ogival shingle roof, cusped fascia to jettied gable; rear wing has 3 canted oriels with continuous canopy; 2 lateral stacks.
