Pair of houses. 1898. By Grayson and Ould. Brick with stone dressings, plaster 1st floor with diapering, hipped tile roof. One storey with attic, 3 bays, 1st bay projects under gable. Cornice to 1st floor. Windows have leaded casements, those to ground floor have stone lintels and are of 2 and 4 lights to 1st bay and of 3 lights to 2nd and 3rd bays. 1st floor has paired cross casements with flanking brick flat pilasters to 1st bay, other bays have 3-light gabled half dormers, flat pilasters and diapered aprons. Round window between 2nd and 3rd bays. 2 cross-axial stacks. Left return has hipped projection, lateral stack and canopied entrance with plank door; right return has similar entrance. Rear similar; and privies.
