Pair of houses. 1898. By Douglas and Fordham. Brick with shingled 1st floor, hipped tile roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. 1st floor jettied on end brackets and central buttresses. Windows have leaded casements; ground floor has 6-light canted bay windows; 1st floor has paired 3-light windows with cornices and plastered gablets. Stack in roof slope. Returns have buttresses flush with front, lateral stacks and window and entrances with stone surrounds; plank doors with strap hinges and 3 leaded lights. Rear has flat-topped roof dormers flanking slope stack; privies.
