3 houses. 1898. By T.T. Rees. Brick on stone base, plaster 1st floor and tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 gabled bays. Brick cornice to ground floor, jettied gable apexes. Windows have casements with transoms and small-paned upper lights, all of 4 lights. Ground floor has central canted bay window; 1st floor has canted oriels. Entrances have flat canopies and plank door with 2 lights. 2 cross-axial stacks. Rear similar, dormers, privies.
