Terrace of 5 houses. c.1899. By William and Segar Owen. Brick with hipped tile roofs, 1st floor pebbledash. 2 storeys, 3 bays with projecting pavilions. Ground floor recessed behind elliptical arches between buttresses, cornice over. 1st floor is pebbledashed with brick quoins between bays. Windows have small-paned casements, those to ground floor of 3-lights with gauged-brick cambered arches, those to pavilion with segmental heads. 1st floor 4-light canted oriels with cornices projecting above eaves, that to central bay has round pediment, that to right has round arch in glazing bars; pavilions have 2-light half-dormers with segmental pediments. Narrow lights flank centre. Plank doors, 2 cross-axial stacks and 2 cruciform stacks. Outer returns have half-dormers. Rear has end half-dormers and privies.
