3 houses. 1899. By Maurice B. Adams. Brick, fishscale tile- hanging to 1st floor, timber-framed gable and half-hipped tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays; central bay projects under wide gable with jettied tiled apex, buttresses to returns. Ground floor has windows with gauged-brick cambered arches, that to centre with flat arch, and 3-light small-paned casements. 1st floor has central 4-light projecting window. Entrances in round-headed recesses have small paned lights, small lights to front. 2 cross-axial stacks and left return lateral stack. Right return has gabled porch. Both returns have 2 windows to 1st floor. Rear similar, projecting end bays and half-dormers.
