Pair of houses. 1898. By Douglas and Fordham. Brick with stone-chip roughcast 1st floor, hipped tile roof. One storey with attic, 2 bays. Drip mould over ground floor. Windows have leaded casements, ground floor has 6-light canted bay windows with hipped roofs. 1st floor has paired 3-light windows with pargetted gablets. Stack in roof slope. Returns have buttresses flush with front, lateral stacks and entrances and windows with stone surrounds; plank doors with 3 leaded lights and strap hinges. Rear similar, with slope stack and privies.
