3 houses. 1899. By Wilson and Talbot. Brick with plaster 1st floor and stone dressings, tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, end bays project under hipped gable. Stone cornice over ground floor, top cornice to end bays, which have quoins with projecting ribs. Double-chamfered-mullioned windows with leaded glazing. Those to ground floor of 4 lights; central 5-light timber canted bay window. 1st floor has 3-light windows and central 5-light timber canted oriel. Entrances have 4-panel doors with leaded lights, that to front has hipped canopy with low wall and timber column, 2 to returns with canopies. 2 stacks in roof slope. Rear similar, privies.
