Terrace of 6 houses. 1899. By H.A. Matear. Brick with tile gambrel roof. 2 storeys, 6 bays; 1st bay projects under shaped gable . Windows are sashed with upper glazing bars. Ground floor windows have gauged-brick cambered arches with triple sashes; 1st bay has rectangular bay window with lean- to roof extended as canopy to entrance. 1st floor has 4- sash window to 1st bay. 2nd to 4th bays have 4-light canted flat-topped dormers on rectangular bases; casements with upper small panes; 5th and 6th bays have windows as ground floor. Entrances have half-glazed plank doors with small- paned lights, those to 2nd and 3rd bays in recess, those to 4th, 5th and 6th bays have flat canopies, that to 4th bay with canopy in angle on post. 3 cross-axial stacks. Rear similar, end gables, privies.
