Terrace of 4 houses. 1899. By Grayson and Ould. Brick with stone dressings, timber-framed 1st floor, tile roof half-hipped to right return. One storey with attic, 4 bays; central 2 bays project under hipped roof. Windows have leaded casements, central bays have 2-storey 4-light canted oriels under gables. Flanking small lights. Other ground floor window of 2-lights with chamfered mullions. Outer 1st floor windows of 2 lights in flat-topped half-dormers. 2 cross-axial stacks. End bay has projecting lateral stacks with diagonal flues. Right return has gabled 1st floor oriel adjoining Nos. 45 to 55 Bebington Road (q.v.). Entrances are canopied, with plank doors. Rear has timbered dormers; privies.
