Includes Nos. 1 and 3 Central Road. Terrace of 7 houses. 1907. C. E. Deacon and Horsburgh. Pebbledash on brick base, tile roof. 2 storeys, 7 bays, canted corner bay and 3 bays to Central Road. 4th and 5th bays break forward under gable; 1st, 2nd and 7th bays have jettied gabled 1st floor. Deep eaves forming canopies over entrances and continued across 4th and 5th bays with supporting timber Doric columns on low walls. Windows have small-paned casements. Ground floor has segmental-headed 4-light windows. 1st floor has similar projecting windows under drip moulds; 3rd and 6th bays have flat-topped roof dormers. Entrances have 6-panel doors and small-paned lights. Corner bay breaks forward, similar to end bay. Facade to Central Road has jettied 1st floor to 1st bay; 3rd bay canted, with timbered gable. 7 stacks, one to angle. Rear similar.
