3 houses. 1898. By William Owen. Brick with plaster 1st floor, hipped tile roof. One storey with attic, 3 bays. Cornice over ground floor, 1st floor has some brick quoins. Windows have leaded casements, those to ground floor with gauged-brick cambered arches, 2-light and 2 separate lights to 1st bay, 3-light to 2nd bay, 3rd bay as 1st bay, 3rd bay as 1st bay. 1st floor has central window with brick surround and 3 lights, diapering below. Other bays have 4- light gabled half dormers with tile-hanging. Entrances have elliptical heads, doors with diapering above and below 3- light window. Stacks to rear. Rear similar, dormers, small-paned casements, privies.
